Introduction Arbity is a consulting firm dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) expand their brands into the global market. Since our founding in 2015, we have prioritized innovation, efficiency, and the success of our clients. Employment Conditions
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Korean is preferred.
Employment Type: Employees undergo a three-month probationary period before transitioning to a permanent position.
Working Hours:
Weekly: 5 days, 39 hours
Daily: 8 hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Fridays until 5:00 PM)
Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Labor Day, and public holidays.
Compensation:
Monthly payment on the 5th of the following month (or the preceding business day if it falls on a holiday).
Payment via bank transfer.
Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives may be provided.
Salary Review: Annual performance reviews determine salary adjustments.
